This drill has really helped my ball striking. By making me more aware of the position and orientation of the club head through impact it has helped me tidy up my hand-line and keep the club face square to the target line for longer through impact. I also like the practising in slow motion and the swinging to a 1/4 finish - although don't overdo it as you'll end up with no follow-through.
