Biography: 

A PGA AA  Golf Instructor for 20 years. Started at age 7 at the Boat of Garten. Moved to Islay and the Machrie Hotel and Golf Course.

Turned Pro in 1990 and trained at Crieff G.C under the guidance of John Stark (Scotland's Dr Golf) . The best of the best when it came to coaching. Spent 2 winters coaching in Malawi from ex-pats to locals to their national squad.

On PGA qualification in 1994 moved to the Melville Golf  Range in Edinburgh . Setting up Ladies and Junior coaching and being involved with the pay and play course.

Moved back to Glasgow in 1996 and the Normandy DR. All standards coached and started using Video Analysis.

Was then Head Pro at  The Castle Golf  Range from 2001 to 2008 and coached with the Glasgow City Council taking Golf into inner-city primary schools.

I  coached the 2009 Scottish Ladies Champion.

Now coaching the Greenock Whinhill juniors and the members at  The Old Course Ranfurly Golf Club , Bridge of Weir.

Iam also currently working with Affordablegolf.co.uk and Wilson Golf in custom fitting with Flightscope.

Iam Hitting a 9 iron here.

I was looking to create a nice relaxed and balanced posture.

I try to give myself  plenty of space at the top between my right shoulder and shaft.

I then look to be balanced at the finish.
