You can vary your weight distribution to be creative with your shot making
At Impact if:
Weight evenly distributed, centre of chest level or behind the ball, hands just in front of the ball = higher ball flight
Your weight favours the forward foot = low flight
Weight evenly distributed, centre of chest and hands just in front of the ball = average ball flight
Your weight favours the forward foot and chest is set more over/on top of the ball = lower flight
As above with hands forward = lowest flight
