Short Game - Swing Motion
Tip: the further back the ball the lower the ball flight.
Tip: “the closer you stand to the ball the more control you have”.

Many golfers incorrectly believe that short shots require a steep angle of attack. This causes them to create narrow overly descending swing actions leading to a variety of poor shots - deep divots, hitting behind the ball, topping or thinning.
All swings must have width combined with direction, angle of approach, club face control and appropriate speed.
