How to make physical training effective

From Tuesday to Friday last week, I have played four fields of golf games, through this, I find my physical condition is basically well, it seems the physical training is effective.Therefore, I should stick to it, so as to ensure ennogh energy.Throuhg training,I have sum up some experience,I think the quality of golf clubs is very imortant to effect your golf skills.During so many brands, ping g10 driver,ping g15 are my favourites.
  
  Today ,as usual, I have done a standard exercise, the pull-up to enhance strenghth,because I have to accompany my children to review their homework, so I did not go swimming.I probably spent 8 minutes.to Ran the 1,500 meters.
At night, I had do a standard exercise, including 200 of the putter with swing trainer exercises on the pole and swing, as well as iron and wood, the strength of dumbbell exercises.
 
  By the way ,I think ,Taylormade r9,callaway x22 is also a good choice for golffers.
