Shendish Manor Golf Club
Shendish Manor is a splendid old manor house set in 160 acres of parkland and formal gardens in beautiful Hertfordshire countryside, with excellent road and rail links close by. Our 5,660-yard (par 70) course, built to USPGA specification, was originally designed by Henry Cotton and has been subsequently extended by Donald Steel. It is both challenging and enjoyable, featuring, as it does, a mix of hazards through parkland and woodland copses. Because it stands on a chalk sub-strata, with a constant drainage system, we are able to offer year-round golfing on permanent tees and greens. The Coach House bar is perfectly placed for the 19th hole and offers allday breakfasts as part of the menu. Annual membership is available on a 7-day and 5-day basis, and there are special rates for ladies and junior members.
