Set in the Heart of Charleton Estate, owned by Baron St Clair Bonde, Charleton has gone from strength to strength since it's opening in 1994 by the former United States Of America President, George Bush Snr. Charleton is superbly located within a six acre terraced garden, full of statues and marble busts, and set within an intricate network of beech hedges. It enjoys a spectacular panoramic view of the Firth of Forth, reaching over wide green lawns and a V-shaped avenue planted between parkland and woods, which stretch towards the sea. The Estate itself comprises nearly 1000 acres.
