Aberdare Golf Club

Description

Famous for its mature Oak trees and was also a home club for one of Britains most famous golfers Mr Dai Rees, who was former Ryder Cup Captain. Dai Rees' Father was the club professional from 1938 to 1953 and his Mother was the Stewardess of the club. Aberdare Golf Course can be testing for some golfers and it is certainly a very interesting and challenging course to play, if you have the chance to play you will find it surprisingly beautiful with its magnificent views out over the valleys.
